1. Consultation and Design

Charles and team will discuss the details of your dream creation, including inspiration, size/measurements, dates, and customization options.

You will receive a custom order form to confirm all details, including dates and pricing estimate.

Once confirmed, a 50% deposit will be required to begin the process.

Swatches and sketches (pending need/ availability) will be sent to you for consideration once the process begins.

2. Toile Fitting

A prototype in muslin or similar fabric is fit on your body by a tailor to ensure all details are included in the final creation.

No additional deposit is due at this time.

3. Delivery

Your custom creation is delivered to you!

Upon shipment, the final 50% + any additional customization charges is due, with all payment being complete.

Any additional tailoring requested will incur additional charges.
